Do you provide International delivery?
We do deliver outside Australia at an additional postage fee. Please contact us for details. Any additional tax incurred, subject to the destination country, will not be covered by JKT techonology.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to accept return or exchange for manufacturing fault or damaged while shipping within 14 days from the item is shipped. We do not accept return or exchange due to change of mind.
Please contact us either through email or complete the web form found under "Need HELP" menu and our friendly staff will help you with organising a return or exchange.
When will my order be dispatched?

How do I track order?
Depending on location and availability, your orders might be shipped via Australia Post or our preferred courier providers. In either situations, tracking number and the detail of the delivery company will be provided upon shipment.
